This is a First Renewal of an Agreement (the “Renewal”), which Agreement dated September 11, 2018 (the “Agreement”) exists between the City of Dania Beach, Florida, a Florida municipal corporation (the “City”) and Beach Raker, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company (the “Contractor”), with its principal place of business located at 220 NE 13th Street, Pompano Beach, Florida 33060, for beach cleaning services. A copy of the existing Agreement is attached as Exhibit “A”, which is made a part of and incorporated into this Renewal by this reference. The City and Contractor wish to renew the Agreement for a one (1) year period up to and including September 11, 2020.
