Shropshire Council expects all providers to adhere to the following principles which are the basis on which the terms and conditions have been compiled and on which funding is paid by the local authority to childcare providers in respect of the entitlement. Equally the council accepts its role in also ensuring that these principles are at the forefront of its work and of the work of those providers from whom we commission places in order to fulfil our statutory duty.
