As part of the consideration of this Agreement, Grantee agrees to purchase and maintain at its sole cost and expense during the life of this agreement insurance coverage against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the work hereunder by the Grantee, its agents, representatives, or employees.
