AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of June, 2019 (effective May 26, 2017) by and between the TOQUERVILLE CITY, a Utah municipal corporation (“City”) and the HURRICANE VALLEY FIRE SPECIAL SERVICES DISTRICT, a Utah special services district (“District”). Throughout this Agreement the City and the District may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as “the Parties”.
