This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is entered into effective as of this 1st day of September, 2006, by and among John M. Franck (the “Executive”), Crescent Financial Corporation, a North Carolina corporation, and Port City Capital Bank, a North Carolina-chartered bank and wholly owned subsidiary of Crescent Financial Corporation.
