THE PARTIES ARE:Tutoring Contract • April 1st, 2016
(day/days), for a total of 10 (ten) tutoring sessions. This Contract will automatically renew thereafter until the Contract is terminated. The Client and/or Kellacort Literacy Tutoring, may terminate this Contract, at any time, providing a fourteen (14) day written notice prior to the termination date. Kellacort Literacy Tutoring agrees to return the unused balance within ten (10) days after the termination date.
