This Agreement is entered into and is effective as of January 31, 2019 ("the Effective Date"), by and between the University of Texas at Arlington ("UTA"), which is a state-supported institution of higher education established pursuant to sections 61.003 et seq. of the Texas Education Code, and Dallas Independent School District ("Facility"), which is located at 9400 North Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75231. UTA and Facility shall be known collectively as "the Parties" and singularly as "a Party" or "the Party."
