THIS COLLATERAL ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT, dated as of May 22, 2024 (as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, this “Agreement”) is by and among Freddie Mac MSCR Trust MN8 (the “Trust”), Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (“Freddie Mac”), and U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as indenture trustee (the “Indenture Trustee”).
