This Second Amendment to the Lease and Purchase of Commercial Real Property made and entered into this the day of , 20 (hereinafter sometimes “Amendment”), by and between BUNCOMBE COUNTY, a body politic and corporate of the State of North Carolina (hereinafter sometimes “County”) and LAND OF SKY REGIONAL COUNCIL, a regional planning commission (hereinafter sometimes “LOS”), County and LOS are hereinafter sometimes referred to collectively as the “Parties.”
