THIS AGREEMENT FOR PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT (“Agreement”), is made on or as of the day of , 2021, by and between the CITY OF JOHNSTON, IOWA, a municipality (the “City”), established pursuant to the Code of Iowa and acting under the authorization of Chapters 15A and 403 (“Urban Renewal Act”) of the Code of Iowa, 2021, as amended; UNDERGROUND MAGNETICS, INC., an Iowa corporation having offices for the transaction of business at 5504 NW Beaver Drive, Johnston, Iowa (“Developer”); and BLUE TREE, LLC, an Iowa limited liability company (“Landowner”). The City, Developer, and Landowner are the Parties to this Agreement.
