This agreement, dated and made effective as of , 2024, (the "Effective Date") is entered into by and between the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation (the "City"), and the San Mateo County Harbor District, an independent special district and political subdivision of the State of California (the "District") and is hereinafter referred to as the "2024 Agreement." The City and the District are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties" and sometimes individually referred to as "Party."
