The Effective Date of these Master Terms and Conditions shall be , 201 . Contractor, The Great Lakes Construction Co. (“Contractor” or “Great Lakes”), and Subcontractor (identified in the signature line below for itself and its affiliated companies, successors and permitted assigns) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which are intended to and shall supplement and amend and apply to each of Contractor’s site-specific project Subcontract Purchase Order(s) (“Purchase Order” or “purchase order”) issued by Contractor to Subcontractor after the Effective Date of these Master Terms and Conditions (collectively, the "Agreement”).
