This Sponsorship Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between the Kalispel Tribe of Indians (“Tribe”), a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe, and (“Sponsor”) (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”) and relates to sponsorship opportunities at the Kalispel Horn Contest (“Event”) located on the Kalispel Indian Reservation. This Agreement shall be effective as of the date of execution by both Parties (“Effective Date”).
