Prior to submitting CONTRACTOR's APPLICATION and prior to signing this Contract, CONTRACTOR has become thoroughly acquainted with all matters relating to the performance of this Contract, all applicable laws, and all of the terms and conditions of this Contract. All SERVICES under this Contract shall be coordinated under, and performed to the satisfaction of the Director of Finance or his designated representative, hereinafter referred to as “Administrator”.
