The parties to this Agreement (individually “Party” and collectively “Parties”) have disclosed and/or desire to disclose certain confidential information to each other. The Parties will disclose confidential information to each other in connection with work on the IT Committee (the “Stated Purpose”). To protect the information, the Parties agree as follows:
