COLORADO (hereinafter “Ouray”), a Colorado municipal corporation, the TOWN OF RIDGWAY, COLORADO (hereinafter “Ridgway“), a Colorado home rule municipality, and OURAY COUNTY, COLORADO (hereinafter “Ouray County”), a Colorado county, collectively referred to in this Intergovernmental Agreement (“IGA”) as the “Parties.”
