THIS WORK AUTHORIZATION (this “Work Authorization”) is made pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section I.A. of the AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES (the “Agreement”) dated April 9, 2019, made by and between HIDALGO COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT NO. 1, action herein by and through the BOARD OF DIRECTORS, hereinafter called the “Owner,” and, Melden & Hunt, Inc., professional engineers of Edinburg, Texas, hereinafter called “Engineer”. All defined terms used herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement.
