Quaero Capital - a Switzerland-based investment management and private equity firm - through its fund Quaero European Infrastructure Fund II has acquired UAB Duomenų logistikos centras (DLC) from Ignitis Group - an international energy group - and Litgrid for a total consideration of EUR 10.1m. Ignitis Group will sell 79.64%, whereas Litgrid will sell 20.36% of DLC. The transaction is a part of the larger plan of Ignitis Group to divest non-core activities and concentrate on core energy sector related businesses.
