This Agreement entered into by the State of New Jersey, Office of Employee Relations in the Governor's Office and hereinafter referred to as the "State" and the New Jersey Superior Officers Law Enforcement Association Inc., affiliated with New Jersey State Fraternal Order of Police as New Jersey Superior Officers Lodge 183 hereinafter referred to as the "Association" has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious employee relations between the State and the Association, the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences and the establishment of salaries, wages, hours of work and other terms and conditions of employment.
