This Amendment No. 1 (this “Amendment”) is made this 30TH day of March 2001 (the “Effective Date”) by and between AT&T Wireless Services, Inc., (“AWS”), a Delaware corporation with offices at 7277 164th Avenue NE, Redmond, WA 98052, and Verizon New England, Inc.d/b/a Verizon-RHODE ISLAND, (“VZ”), a New York corporation with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110(each of VZ and AWS being individually, a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties”).
