This Equilibrium End User Software License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between you (an individual or an entity), the end user (“You”), and Breakfront Software LLC ("BFS"). This Agreement authorizes You to use the BreakFront Equilibrium Software (in object code format only) (the “Software”) under the terms and conditions set forth below. This is an agreement on end user license rights and not an agreement for sale. BFS continues to own the copy of the Software.
