REVISION #1 TO PROJECT ASSIGNMENT AMMENDMENT PAA - 30Project Assignment Amendment • May 30th, 2018
This Project Assignment Amendment (PAA) is executed between Ohlone Community College District (“District”) and Gilbane Building Company (“CM”) pursuant to the Agreement for Program Management Services and Optional Construction Management Services (“Agreement”) between the CM and the District dated April 13, 2011 and as extended by Amendment No. 1 executed December 15, 2016. By this reference, the Agreement is incorporated herein as if set forth in full. This revised PAA supersedes and replaces the entirety of the PAA approved by the Board of Trustees in July of 2016 relating to the Assigned Project described in Paragraph 1 of this revised PAA.
