THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the 1st day of October, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), by and between WESTFIELD AIRPORTS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with offices at 2049 Century Park East, 41st Floor, Los Angeles, California 90067 (the “Company”) and RIDGE STRATEGY GROUP, LLC, a limited liability company formed pursuant to the laws of the State of Illinois, with offices at 1722 Pinehurst Lane, Flossmoor, Illinois 60422 (the “Consultant”). The Company and the Consultant are hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”
