This Interlocal Agreement (the “AGREEMENT”) is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF LAKE WALES, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, whose address is 201 Central Avenue W., Lake Wales, Florida 33853, (the “CITY”) and POLK COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is 330 West Church Street, Bartow, Florida 33830 (“POLK COUNTY”) (the CITY and POLK COUNTY are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
