Rockefeller Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York 12242 (hereinafter referred to as the “State” or “OGS”) and Pasco Scientific, Inc. dba Pasco Scientific having its principal place of business at 10101 Foothills Blvd., Roseville CA 95747 (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”). OGS and the Contractor are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
