This ELASTIC MSP LICENSE AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT, including all attachments, addenda, schedules and exhibits and documents referenced at URL’s (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Elasticsearch, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with offices located at 800 W. El Camino Real, Suite 350, Mountain View, CA 94040 (“Elastic”) and the entity identified as “MSP” (the “MSP”) on the signature block of the Elastic order form executed by Elastic and MSP (the “Order Form”) as of the date specified in such Order Form (the “Effective Date”).
