Grand Avenue, Suite 202, Laramie, Wyoming 82070, and StanTec Consulting Services, Inc., (“Contractor”), whose address is 3325 South Timberline Road, 2nd Floor, Fort Collins, Colorado 80525-3681. All of which may be referred to as the “Parties”.
