As used in these Purchase Order Terms and Conditions (these “Terms): “Goods” mean those goods specified on the Purchase Order to which these Terms are attached (the “Order”) and as more particularly described in the technical specifications and drawings that may be referenced in the Order or attached hereto; “Services” mean those services described on the Order as more particularly described in the technical specifications and drawings that may be referenced in the Order or attached hereto; “Agreement” means the Order, these Terms, and all documents referenced therein or attached thereto; “Buyer” means Leading Technology Composites, Inc.; and “Seller” means the person selling the Goods and/or providing the Services as listed on the Order. All other capitalized terms are as defined in the Order or below.
