This is an Amendment (“Amendment”) for Unbundled Dedicated Inte roffice Transport (UDIT) to the Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation (“Qwest”), a Colorado corporation, and McLeodUSA Telecommunications Services, Inc. (“CLEC”). CLEC and Qwest shall be known jointly as the “Parties”.
