In the spirit of reciprocity and to strengthen ties between the two institutions, The University of New Mexico (hereinafter referred to as “UNM”) and National Tsing Hua University (hereinafter referred to as “NTHU”) agree to cooperate in the areas of higher education and research through a program of academic and cultural exchange.
