Attached is a Student Agreement for you and your child to sign as well as a Kianinny Camp Agreement for your signature. Please read the Agreements with your child and return them to school with all signed forms by Friday, 6 March 2020. Note that, if your child suffers from asthma or uses a puffer or has anaphylaxis, you will also need to complete and return an Emergency/Asthma Treatment Plan to the school prior to camp. Please contact your child’s teacher if you need a copy of this form.
