This Pre-Annexation And Development Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of this day of , 2016, by and between the CITY OF GALT, a California municipal corporation (“City”), and LIBERTY RANCH, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Landowner”). City and Landowner are hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the “Parties” and singularly as “Party.”
