The Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District (“District”) and Service Employees International Union Local 99 (“SEIU”), collectively referred to as “the Parties,” enter into this Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) regarding working conditions and expectations for classified unit members in light of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
