THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 21 day of November, 2003 by and between the County of Morris, a County Government of the State of New Jersey, (hereinafter referred to as the "County "), Sheriff of Morris County and the Superior Officers Association of the Morris County Sheriff's Office, (hereinafter referred to as the Association") is the final and complete understanding between the Sheriff and the Association on all negotiable issues and, as such, will serve to promote and maintain a harmonious relationship between the Sheriff and those of his employees who are subject to this Agreement in order that more efficient and progressive public service be rendered.
