This Funding Agreement (“FA”) is made and entered into effective as of August 1, 2021 (“Effective Date”), and is by and between the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority ("LACMTA") and City of Burbank ("GRANTEE") for BurbankBus State of Good Repair – Bus Replacement, LACMTA Project ID# MM4102.01 (the "Project"). This Project is eligible for funding under Line 65 of the Measure M Expenditure Plan.
