This Agreement is between Couragent Inc., a corporation with offices at 117 E Mountain Ave, Suite 222, Fort Collins, CO 80524 (“COMPANY”) and the Etailer named above (“Etailer”) and establishes the terms and conditions for Etailer’s participation in the Flip-Pal Independent Etailer Program (“Program”).
