THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into on , among Wright County (hereinafter “County”) and Cokato Township (hereinafter “Township”) and Harlan R. Anderson and Mary J. Anderson, husband and wife, and Cokato Holdco LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company (hereinafter collectively “Developer” and together with the County and the Township, the “Parties”).
