OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE. The purchase of products and/or services (“Products”) by Zander Colloids, LC (“Buyer”) from you, the “Supplier” is exclusively governed by the following terms and conditions (this “Contract”). Any quotation or invoice provided by Supplier or request for a purchase of goods or services of Supplier by Buyer is subject to these terms and conditions, which supersede all prior quotations and agreements. This Contract, together with any specific order terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between Buyer and Supplier as to the Products.
