This Affordable Housing Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Ochenta Housing, LLLP, a New Mexico limited liability limited partnership (an affiliate of Tierra Realty Trust, LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company acting as the sole general partner) (hereinafter "the Qualifying Grantee") for an affordable housing project proposed by the Qualifying Grantee in the Town of Taos, New Mexico (hereinafter “Project” or "the Project"), and the Town of Taos, New Mexico (hereinafter “Town” or "the Town"), a municipal corporation organized and existing under the Laws of the State of New Mexico.
