The Quality Assurance Program (QAP) includes the necessary protocols, assessment tools, checklists, and standards to ensure compliance with the Accessibility Guidelines for existing and new housing developments financed by the Puerto Rico Housing Finance Authority’s affordable housing program and housing developments listed in the 2017 VCA-CA.
