This Agreement is between the Conejo Valley Unified School District (“Local Educational Agency” or “LEA”) and Pepperdine University (“University”), a non-profit, California public benefit corporation, who may be referred to collectively as the Parties. This Agreement describes and confirms the expectations and responsibilities of the Parties regarding the program of directed teaching for training education students (“Student Teachers”) of the University.
