The undersigned, , and your affiliated entities, (herein referred to collectively as the (“Disclosee”) hereby certifies that any and all oral and written information provided to the Disclosee with respect to the below named property Fleet Farm – Cedar Rapids, IA (herein after the “Property”) by Lloyd Real Estate DBA Lloyd Companies (“Lloyd”), for the purpose of considering such Property for purchase by Disclosee or by clients of Disclosee, will be kept strictly confidential and shall not be divulged to any person or entity other than members of your real estate brokerage firm and your affiliated entities who are also bound by this Non-Disclosure Agreement. Any and all confidential information provided to Disclosee shall remain the property of Lloyd and shall be returned to Lloyd after analysis by Disclosee.
