PRE-KINDERGARTEN RE-ENROLLMENT CONTRACT – RETURNING FAMILY 2020-21 ACADEMIC YEARJanuary 20th, 2020
The undersigned Parents and/or Guardians request to re-enroll (Child’s Name) for the 2020-21 school year at Odyssey School (hereinafter “Odyssey”), and provide the program, education and other services as prescribed for Pre-Kindergarten for the 2020-21 academic year. In consideration of Odyssey re-enrolling (Child’s Name) , it is agreed that I/we shall pay to Odyssey, as established by the Board of Trustees of the school, the tuition amount set out below. In consideration of the acceptance of the Enrollment Contract by Odyssey, the undersigned also agrees to pay the required fees as specified below. Please initial beside each fee to indicate your agreement.
