THIS PROJECT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of April, 2024, by and among the Zionsville Redevelopment Commission, a commission of the Town of Zionsville, Indiana, existing and authorized pursuant to Ind. Code § 36-7-14 et seq. (the “Commission”), and Old Town Land Development LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (together with any affiliate thereof, “Developer” which, like the Commission may be referred to herein as a “Party” and together with the Commission, the “Parties”), as follows:
