This Madeline Commons Planned Unit Development (“PUD”) Master Development Agreement (“MDA”) is entered into by and between the City of Port Orange, a Florida municipal corporation (the “City”), and Dennis R. McDonald, Eve V. Reynolds, James R. Parker, Trustee, Parker Family Trust, Michael M. Kemmer, Co-Trustee, Wilda McDonald Kemmer Revocable Trust, Thomas Murray McDonald, Mina Sue Kelly, Juanita Melinda Bressler and Robert B. Kemmer, Co-Trustee, Wilda McDonald Kemmer Revocable Trust (the “Owners”), including their successors and assigns (collectively the “Parties”), hereby covenant and agree, and bind their successor and assigns as follows:
