Thank you for your interest in the The Youth Quality of Life Instrument- Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Module (YQOL-DHH). All of the statistics used in developing the measures are contained in the User’s Manual. The cost for an electronic copy of the user’s manual is $500 for private/for-profit users, $200 for public/academic/non-profit institutions, and free for students. There is no per use charge.
