THIS REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of this day of , 20 , by and between the Western Riverside Council of Governments (“WRCOG”), a California joint powers authority and the CITY OF MORENO VALLEY (“the AGENCY”). WRCOG and AGENCY are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
