Effective upon execution of this Agreement, the Michigan Department of Attorney General ("Attorney General"), MGH Wind Down, Inc. f/k/a Marquette General Hospital, Inc. (“MGH”), DLP Marquette Holding Company, LLC (“DLP”), LifePoint Hospitals, Inc. (“LifePoint”), Superior Health Foundation (the “Foundation”), and Stout Risius Ross, Inc.
