Contract Type FiledOctober 3rd, 2022This Agreement for the Purchase, Sale and Exchange of Lands (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the date of execution (“Effective Date”) of the last signing party below, and entered into by and between the City of Cheyenne, Wyoming, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, having its principal offices at 2101 O’Neil Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001 (“City”), and Mark Eisele, King Ranch Company, LP, 10333 Happy Jack Road, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82009, (“King Ranch,” “Mark Eisele,” or “Eisele”), and sometimes individually referred to herein as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
