It is the joint interest of North Western Electric Cooperative (NWEC) and its members to reduce the electricity demand and promote the use of high-efficiency appliances. NWEC will offer a rebate to encourage energy efficiency for approved ENERGY STAR refrigerators, stand-alone freezers and central air units. To qualify for an appliance rebate, the member must agree to adhere to the following program requirements.
